    Faulty xbox one controller - audio jack not working.


    I have a faulty xbox one controller but the repair centre say it is out of warranty. I only bought it end of september 2018. I cannot chat to anyone for some reason?

    if the headphones are still not working after adjusting the Audio and Chat settings, it could be that the 3.5mm jack in the controller is faulty.

    try testing with a different controller to see if it's the controller or the console that is the problem.

    Controllers have a 90 day warranty period from the date of purchase. If you purchased before the 30th of September it is now out of warranty

    The same thing is happening to me as well. You might have a faulty audio jack on your controller.

    Since you mentioned that the headsets work on your PS you might have a faulty audio jack on your controller. Do you have another Xbox controller you can try? You might want to look into getting your controller repaired or replaced. Here is some info for
