    Hello out there,

    I have a problem with the game tiles on my xbox? Everytime I install a game the tile in my games and apps doesn't show the name of the game. Just a picture of it. Only after transferring the game to another harddrive lets the name appear. So first you just
    see the game cover and after transferring it the name of the game is being added. Has anyone this issue too? What might be a solution for this problem?

    2017 FALL UPDATE - YES! Thankyou, FINALLY FIXED!

    The Fall 2017 update for Xbox One is looking great!

    I really love what has been done.

    ...and the greatest thing is that the Xbox team have FIXED the faulty sound bite that was used for navigating tile to tile - it was only really noticeable with earphones/headphones ... but it sounded terrible. It was crackly and was very noticeable.

    It as finally been fixed.

    Well done Xbox team! ...I reported it in 2015 and its now been fixed in 2017!!! ....check your records and you will see, I complained about it many times.

    Anyway, great update guys.

    X1 Disc Drive Problems...

    Call MS.

    You have a faulty drive. Make sure to ask them if they are still running their free game promotion with the faulty drive.

    You will have to send the xbox1 back

    There is a tile you can press on the support website that is specific for this issue

    The issue is caused by a software update

    Thousands are having the same issue

    Gotta love how you guys lock a thread that may be embarrassing to Microsoft and their faulty console

    Although I'd probably do the same if I ballsed it up as completely as the update department has

    the tiles below the main tile are just your most recently used tiles. they will disappear as you use other tiles that take the place of them as recently used

    How do I get the original mahjong tiles back....hate the new choices

    Go to your menu top left of game click game options and turn off the large tiles. There are two sets of tiles for each theme, when the large tiles selection is on that's when you get the numbered tiles off are the original tiles.

    Run a tool called DXDIAG (just do a search while on the Start Screen) and Click the "Save All Information..." button. Copy/Paste that info here.
