    Anyone else have problems with elite series 2 sticks, I have bought 4 of them and all four have had the exact same problem where when you move the left stick to the top left it doesn’t click. And all four of these controllers where brand new.

    No this isn’t an update fix it’s a fault with the controller , all 4 that I have bought have had a broken left stick

    Sorry to hear that you were having issues with the sticks of your controller. I understand you are experiencing an issue with your Xbox Wireless Elite Controller Series 2. If update of the controller and of the device's system (Xbox Console or PC Operating System) did not help your issue - Update your Xbox Wireless Controller | Xbox Support.

    Please request for your controller to be serviced - Getting your Xbox device serviced | Xbox Support or if you still have warranty, you may request for a replacement - Request an Xbox controller replacement | Xbox Support.

    it does not seem that they plan to fix this issue... or even to state that they are aware of it. they are ignoring it
