    Hey!

    I brought the LTD Sea of thieves controller when it released and have just started having issues with RB not work properly. If i send this back, will i receive the same controller back or just a basic one?

    Hello, what's the process to return a faulty controller ? I tried to register it on the

    "device repair service"     but I cannot because I've got letters in the serial Number, is it normal ?

    My controller is a Sea of thieves edition I don't know if it matters,

    Serial number 02KE0061093749

    Maybe your hard drive is faulty I recently had to replace a hard drive. Or your SEa of Thieves installation could be corrupted?
