Faulty Promo Code Provided

I was provided an email with a promo code stating I can order a new Xbox One through the Microsoft Website and would not only receive the Xbox One I select, but also a free game, 50,000 Xbox Live Rewards Points, and free Expedited Shipping with the promo
code. When I select the Xbox One and the extra game those load fine but when trying to enter the promo code provided in my email it reloads the page with no updates and still no option for adjusting shipping.

I have contacted multiple support avenues and have been advised to contact you here. My Reference Number:

I have received an invalid promo code for trading in my 360. Help!

Chat with Microsoft Store customer support (calling didn't resolve it). They escalated it to a different dept and they provided a new promo code in 3 business days. The promo code works on all the Xbox One systems and promotional bundles as well.

I'm applying the promo code. It takes $20 off at first, but after I enter all my info, it says there's an issue with the promo code.

You would purchase the game digitally through the Xbox store or purchase a digital code from a retailer. Microsoft does not provide digital codes for faulty discs.

Greetings Kathy,

I believe they were referring to a promo that popped up on the Xbox home page offering to purchase a series s/x console and receive a free digital copy of Madden 23. I was looking for the same offer as I saw the promo and intended to come back to it but it was no longer showing up on the home page. I believe the date I saw this promo was 8/27. I recall when you clicked the promo it pulled up a QR code that would take you to the promo & checkout if that helps.

I appreciate any info you can provide.
