Faulty power supply on the original xbox one.

So on the 22nd December, I was in a game of FIFA and my xbox suddenly turned off. I then tried turning my xbox on but it wouldn't, and I realised it was the power supply. This is because when I plug the power supply into the wall it turns orange, but when
it goes into the xbox it fades away. I have been onto the page where it says the things to do and I have done them all, yet it still doesn't work. The xbox warranty runs out on the 2nd February, and I would like a new power supply. It is the first problem
we have had and I bought this last August from Game. I took it back but they told me to get in contact with you.

Power brick keeps shutting down

I don't think there is any known issues with the power supply on Xbox One, can you please

follow this guide to try to work out if your power supply is faulty.

xbox 360 slim got red light twice so far.

It sounds like a faulty power supply. I would try another power supply if you can borrow one from a friend. If the problem happens again with the other power supply, it could be your 360 or it could be a faulty outlet that the power supply is plugged into.
If the power supply is functioning properly, you should never see a red light on it.

Given that the Xbox One is still under warranty I would suggest you go to "Xbox One support" -> Warranty and service -> Getting your Xbox console or Kinect sensor serviced, and
your Register device, and Submit a service order request. At a minimum this should stop the clock with regard to the warranty deadline. They maybe able to send a replacement power supply directly to you. If not, I know that used Xbox One power supply can be
obtained through third party retailers.

Is it an original Xbox one?? It could be a faulty external power supply if it is. Either way you need to contact Microsoft support via phone is best https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Thanks, it seems none of these issues are causing this unexpected "turn off" for my xbox one s.

Could it be due to a faulty internal power supply? And would it be fine if power supply be changed?

How to confirm if this is due to faulty power supply?

Looking for advise please.
