Faulty LB button for my white Xbox One controller

Out of nowhere the LB button on my Xbox One controller stopped functioning properly. Sometimes I have to press it twice or press it hard and it's quite annoying. I've seen other people with the same problem and they all seem to have ordered a replacement.
I have the white controller that came with the Sunset Overdrive bundle and
I wanted to know that if I got it replaced would I get a white one again? And how do I get it replaced?

Controller Feedback

I'd like to bring up an issue with the Xbox One controller I have experienced. My original controller that came with the console lasted about one year before I noticed the LB button started to go out. I went ahead and bought a new controller about 4 months
ago and already noticed the LB button again starting to lose its functionality. Is anyone else having a similar issue and how do I let Microsoft know their controllers might be faulty with the LB button?

My favorite design in the design labs is when you make the controller all red, but RT, LT, RB, LB, and the rest of the button are white.

Try pushing the RB (right bumper) on your controller..

RB should function as black button

LB should function as white button

Yeah that's the same as a 360 controller. White and black are just RB and LB now and Start and Back were moved to around the Guide Button. Everything else is the same.
