    Faulty gears of war 5 controller. serial number not recognised


    Ive been trying to get this sorted but im going round in circles. It seems like the internal vibration motor has come loose and is moving around in the left hand side. When i try to register it or look up warranty info it says serial number not found.
    Any number i can ring to get this sorted. Im from the UK
