Faulty Enforcement - Toxic False - Reputation

So, I am posting here because Microsoft directed me here after failing me repeatedly. There are no human beings to report criminal activities, at Microsoft, on their platform.

I am a Computer Support Specialist. I've been a supporter of Microsoft for over 30 years. That ends today.

The most bizzar thing happened to me the other day, and I've been forced to spend lots of time to resolve it with no help from Microsoft. In order to reduce my punishments, I had to acknowledge that I had violated the conduct code. You tell me, did I violate
the conduct code?

I commented on an image on a Minecraft Club. I asked what it was that we were looking at. Next thing I know, an account using the image of a woman standing on the beach, claiming to be 22 years old, is begging me for nudes of myself. I refused and told them
to go to **** if they wanted nudes, and to leave me alone.

Then, after being told no, they threaten to report me to the police as a pedophile because they are really a 10 year old boy.

As I am reporting them, a friend of theirs, starts sending me threatening messages, telling me that they are part of a hacker collective (my words) called "lizardsqaud" (no typo) and that they are going launch a DDNS attack (my words) against my network. And
that they are going to do a drive-by on my house.

I reported them.

Next thing I know.. I receive a suspension. So I ignore it.. was supposed to be a 2 day communication suspension. I wait the 2 days.. it's the weeked.. and then I notice that I have 2 more suspensions and that my suspension has been extended. Why? Because
when begged for nudes of myself, I said no and told them to go to ****. When asked why they should go to ****, I told them for nudes. Because when threatened, I said "Bring it [mod removed]."

Now in order to reduce my punisment, I had to acknowledge that I violated the Code.. except there wasn't an option to have it reviewed. It was greyed out. The originating offense, expired, so nothing to be done about it... but by acknowledging one.. some
how they acknowledged both.

So, my questions, because this has been kind of lengthy..

How does one go about expunging this kind of [mod removed] from the record?

If it is so hard to receive a ban, how come victims of real life crimes, happening on Microsoft's platform, being reported to Microsoft, are being punished by Microsoft and not the perpetrators of an elaborate extortion ring?
