    Faulty Elite Controller - DO NOT BUY


    I'm extremely upset with the poor quality of the elite controller. I have left stick drift, peeling back pads, and a broken bumper. How can you charge $200+ for a controller and have such a short warranty and then make it impossible to get help? I have been
    a Xbox user for well over a decade and have never had such a bad experience with a piece of hardware.

    The bottomline is; DO NOT BUY the elite controller. They are expensive, lack a good warranty, and are prone to breaking easily with no warranty to protect them

    I had 4 controllers that have had this issue ($240!!!). Even saw ppl with the $150 Elite controllers have this because a cheap thin plastic piece. Xbox wont do anything said they weren't even aware of the issue. Said that their 2nd gen controllers are out
    now, probably just as faulty.
