Faulty Digital Game Refund

I purchased a digital game from Xbox. The game works fine until it gets to one point where it keeps crashing, then I return to that point and it crashes again. I've tried all the usual stuff like restarting etc but that's not helped.

So, I tried requesting a refund for a digital game as I am still in the 14-days window, but this has been declined with no way to dispute the decision. If Xbox fixed the game then I'd be happy to keep it but there's no help on that front either.

Anyway, I've tried the call back option but that keeps saying something went wrong and try again later. I've tried calling Xbox as well but that points you to the call back option which doesn't work.

If I purchased the physical copy of the game then I would just take it back to the retailer, and there would be more recourse on getting a refund or resolving the issue.

Unsure what else I can do.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, the issue is with the game in campaign mode which is played locally rather than online. I've tried all the stuff on the Xbox support website.

I've never had any issues with other games before, and really expected a lot more from Xbox and such a big blockbuster game but here we are.

1. Battlefield V - Happens in the Tank mission when you turn the corner. I tried a few times and it happened on each occasion.
