    faulty defective oem xbox1 equipment


    2 remotes with drifting left sticks 2 headsets with players unable to hear me speak. Multiple blogs forum post and web pages stating the same issues. I do not abuse my equipment as I'm sure the 1000s of other experiencing these issues do not either.

    Why won't they acknowledge their defective equipment and take care of there customers? Please post any similar issues you are having maybe they hear us all. If you have an external website that is already logging consumer complaints please point me

    Elite Controller fixes drift issue & stick tension issue?

    2 original xbox1 remotes same issues. Why won't they acknowledge their defective equipment and take care of there customers?

    yep, theres all kinds of money in customization, but thatll come down the road, atleast in official OEM equipment.

    OEM is Original Equipment Manufacture, aka what came from the factory so a OEM drive is the drive that was in a 360 if it came with one or one you bought at a store that sells 360 systems and accessories. so in a word no, if you have a OEM drive nothing
    bad will happen to you.

    Same issues here, Search the web we are not alone. They are selling defective equipment and then charging you to ship it in for replacement. 4-6 weeks for replacement. Why won't they acknowledge their defective equipment and take care of there customers?
