Faulty Controller Replacement

Hello

Last month I received a repaired controller from Microsoft. However, this controller is also now faulty (LB double inputs, i.e. I press it once and in game it presses twice). I have flagged this issue with Microsoft and I have now been asked for return my
controller to Germany for a replacement. However, there are certain issues with this in current times:

1. I am currently self isolating due to COVID-19

2. I have no access to a printer and stores that would have a printer are closed.

Does anyone know if Microsoft is handling repairs any differently in the current climate.

On the other hand is anyway aware of a fix for the LB double input.

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there

I have tried this and I keep getting “phone calls and web chat is not available for this issue” and the virtual assistant is constantly pushing that I pay for a replacement.

This is poor customer service. I shouldn’t have to pay another £75 for a replacement controller that may not last 5 months, like the replacement I already have!

This is really getting frustrating.

I did not activate the Microsoft warranty as it was out of warranty and I had to purchase the replacement controller that was sent to me. The controller is faulty and I want a refund of the replacement order and return the faulty controller sent to me

Sorry about that issue, repair process is still working as in the past, as there is no direct contact with customers.

You have to print the label and send it to Germany.
