  1. Faulty controller after replacement

I am a big fan of Microsoft and Xbox and would never choose any other, so I am sad to say this. Recently I had a problem with my Elite controller and they were helpfull enough to send me a replacement, but after only atleast a month the problem started and
the left thumpstick became loose. I am so sad to see this, I don't know if I can ask for a replacement again after this happend, I really wish to keep playing without getting irritated with the controller and keep fearing that it will get worse. Is there anyway
for this problem to have a good outcome. Would it be possible to ask for a replacement after the first one was already replaced.

    :)

  2. Xbox Elite Controller replacement?

My Xbox Elite controller has become faulty after some use. (the rubber grips are peeling off) A colleague of mine claims that you can get a free replacement due to the QC issues with the controller.

TL;DR - Where do I go and who do I contact to get a replacement controller, or am I out of luck?

Problem with wireless controler (joysticks not working)

This may just be a faulty controller, have you tried replacing the battery pack and/or tried using a play and charge kit. From viewing the video, you have faulty joysticks and the only way to fix these is with a replacement. If you have recently bought this
controller, please return it to the place of purchase and ask for a replacement.

Sorry this has happened, this happened to one of my controllers after much use and their was no fix it for it.

    Please help a clueless mum

Even after reading all the helpful hints the one thing that isnt mentioned is that the xbox controllers 3.5mm jacks are notorious for just being bad,. Some need replacing. Most just replace the controllers but sometimes its just the jack. Alot don't have
the time to replace just the jack which is very easy to do but they just purchase another controller. If after you try all the helpful tips as troubleshooting etc then and only then should you replace the faulty controller if it is faulty. You only have one
    controller?

    Replace a faulty replacement controller?

    Hi there

I have tried this and I keep getting “phone calls and web chat is not available for this issue” and the virtual assistant is constantly pushing that I pay for a replacement.

This is poor customer service. I shouldn’t have to pay another £75 for a replacement controller that may not last 5 months, like the replacement I already have!

    This is really getting frustrating.

Refund service order instead of getting another replacement

I did not activate the Microsoft warranty as it was out of warranty and I had to purchase the replacement controller that was sent to me. The controller is faulty and I want a refund of the replacement order and return the faulty controller sent to me
