    Faulty Advertisement/ Missing Add On

I purchased Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited on Friday, November 27 and was supposed to get the Explorer's Pack add on with it, but I never did. I've contacted both Bethesda and Microsoft about the problem, but they tell me to contact the other. Can
    anyone help me out?

    :)

Why are we still paying for online if there are advertisements?

Xbox Live: A fee for online play and advertisements.

    -

Games for Windows Live: No fee for online play and no advertisements.

    -

    Something doesn't add up there.

    Hey mate,

    Try this...

1.On Home, pull the right trigger and open My games & apps.

2.Select Games. (Then scroll over to the right hand side, and make sure you have nothing in 'ready to install)

3.If there is nothing in 'Ready to Install", highlight the game in the games section, and then press the Menu button on your controller.

    4.Select Manage game.

5.Scroll right, and then select Show all add-ons.

Do you see the Imperial Edition Upgrade there? If so, then you just need to find it in game Faulty Advertisement/ Missing Add On :)

Let us know how you go

    Cheers

Denaz, I did all of that, but you see Microsoft even told me my copy of Elder Scrolls online was suppose to get the add on Explorer's Pack with it, but it never installed and when I go to it it says bundle only.
