    Fault with XBL ad videos


    Can others confirm that these three lower left tile videos aren't working for them?

    Under Home tab on 360 Dash, Xbox One tile, right hand tab, lower left three vids don't work for me (it was all four but they added a new one today which works).

    ads in MSN videos...

    One ad every 4 or 5 videos is not that bad compared to what they've done on Crackle. I'm trying to watch a Spiderman cartoon on there. Imagine an ad every 3 to 4 minutes.

    i test my xbox live connection and it all works until it gets to live and a thing pops up saying 'a problem occurred while singing in please try again if the problem persists vist www.xbox.com/support'

    hey its ok not yer fault hackers are flooding XBL give them a chance to fix it they have to prolly find and arrest them to stop it it is a flood so that means they mass log in and crashXBL not XBLs fault these hackers did this to PSN and others.

    Xbox360 Slim, video fault.

    The support site is completely useless!

    I've been trying to request a service, but it won't complete.

    I go to devices, select "request service" under my Xbox360, choose "console experiences video issues" and type a description of my problem, but when I click on "next" it takes me to "my orders" and there's nothing there.

    It is not processing my order!

    I can't even request a call back as the option isn't even available.

    I want to get my console fixed, but the site is making it impossible.
