faulse advertisment

Dear Xbox.

I bought Xbox live when there was a promotion on that gave you a free game rainbowe 6 seige. I never recived this game so i complained on online chat where i was told to wait a couple more weeks and still havent recived the game, i got back onto live chat
and was knocked of a number of times, eventully i spoke to somebody who told me this hasnt been on promotion, I spoke to a couple of others on live chat ond one has told me to write on here as im sstill getting nowhere. I have evidence and screen shots and
also a email to prove this rainbow 6 seige was free with xbox live when i purchesed it. I will wait for my response from you and if im still being messed around im going to contact watch dog cause i wonder how many people are having the same problem with your
faulse advtising.

they dont let you post advertisments of any kind but they cant tell if a post is an advertisment unless they see it or someone reports it

Wow, I called support and there is nothing that can be done apparently. No refund. Nothing. Thanks. What happened to me is pretty much fraud/faulse advertisement. That is ILLEGAL.

Well if they told everyone that it would do 1080p and did not it would be faulse avertisement or something along those lines and you could get a refund. If not then file with the BBB and request a refund from your cc. Got to look up the laws where you live.

Actually it is. I'm sorry to say but xbox support (apart away from mictosoft team) have the worst customer support. You dont answer phone calls and provide misinformation about your hours of operation. Xbox support team should be ashamed of themselves
for providing such a vauge and faulse information. I work remotely from home and I've never seen or experience such unprofessionalism.
