Father looking for Christmas miracle.

My name is Brandon Addison, I’ve have been a gamer since 1998 up late playing Dino Crisis scared out of my mind. Fast forward to 2020 and the torch has officially been past on to my children.

I’m a single father of two amazing children who both have had a traumatic Entry to life.

My daughter Ahnna was born in 2016, with a deformed heart. She underwent a heart transplant at only 3 months old. On the 23rd of September we will be celebrating her 6th birthday! She has multiple heath issues Gtube feedings, medications, home therapies
and is immunocompromised, so the current Covid pandemic is especially scary for us.

Then my son Matthew, who was born in 2014. Like I stated above, my daughter has had multiple health issues and we have been in out of doctors offices a lot. Well unfortunately during May 2014, Ahnna was sick and we were at the University of Iowa children’s
Hospital. After leaving to get ready for work the next day, I received a call from Department of Human Services, saying that Ahnnas mother gave birth to my son, in a bathroom at the hospital. She tried to flush him down the toilet, when that didn’t work, she
put him in a pillow case, then into a trash bag. Then put him into the trash can. Cleaned up and left. Thankful he was found and is doing really well today.

Both kids have had a very rough start and Matthew is socially delayed and Ahnna can’t be around to many people due to her immune system. But both of them have flourished because of one simple game

Minecraft.

They have been working with each other, teaching each other things. Playing with family members giggling and being happy. It blows my mind seeing it actually work in process. It’s helping with Ahnnas occupational thearpy and speech, helping with Matthews
social anxiety. It’s seriously helping these children.

Which bring me to why I’m writing I worked at GameStop years ago before my kiddos where born. I remember at one point there was a Xbox One S Minecraft Edition system. The colored one with creeper controller! For the past 6 months I’ve been trying to hunt
one down for the kiddos. So they can have a awesome Christmas this year. (Unfortunately with Covid and my daughters care I am unable to work at the time, so Christmas this year is limited for the kiddos)

I did come across one individual who was looking to sell his. Since I didn’t have the cash at hand I traded him my Xbox one X Cyberpunk 2077 edition for the Minecraft Edition. What showed up was a Xbox one All digital edition that didn’t work. So that’s
what I get for not doing my research on someone. So I’m hoping you can tell me if there are any retailers that are still selling the Minecraft Edition Xbox one S. I’ll do anything I just need someone to point me in the right direction. I’ve tired Best Buy,
Amazon, Walmart, GameStop and it seems no one has them. eBay I can’t take that risk again and lose out money.
