fast forward in game previews

Hi,

Has anyone else noticed the completely buggy and almost impossible to navigate options on the new update when trying to view videos of games in the game store.

Before I just used to press the trigger buttons to fast forward/rewind etc but now it brings up a box along the bottom which you have to click 'A' on and then move the directional keypad to fast forward and rewind.......the problem is the box disappears
so quickly I end up clicking 'A' to get it back and it either pauses the video or takes me back to the main games screen.

I've also noticed the whole games store is very slow, often 2-3 second delay when trying to navigate, then it catches up and the cursor goes all across the screen.

Anyone else had this issue or noticed it?

skyrim 30 minute preview

i'm kinda bummed that the 30 min demo is behind closed doors, but that 14 min demo was pretty sweet, and i look forward to reading the impressions and previews of the big demo. 11/11/11 can't come fast enough.

Wow, congratulations. I've really been looking forward to that game, more and more so as they show more previews and discussions.

Ye, the new update should really have been held back to "mature" for a month or so. I find it slower than the previous one when I turn the system on, it takes a good five or ten seconds before it finally wakes up and allows me to do anything, before that,
its as if the dashboard has hung.

its totally unusable, I would have though whoever tested it would have said "hold up, I can't sign this off otherwise I'll get the sack".........if they didn't they should be when it gets backed out.

alot of us beta tested it, there was some niggles here and there but hopefully they will all be ironed out fairly soon.

This most definitely sounds like a framerate issue. I've had similar experiences on multiplayer gamea, but it was never consistent and never on multiple games. If it's still persistant, I'd lean towards it being a hardware issue. There's only so much you
can do on your end to attempt to alleviate this problem. Try clearing your cache. Disable your internet connection on your Xbox and see if you're still having this issue while playing offline. If you're playing them on demand, try re-downloading the games.
Try unplugging your hard drive and disabling Cloud Storage and playing one of them to rule out those being the culprits. If none of that works, consider you may have faulty hardware. Hopefully you purchased a warranty of some kind with your console.

Settings - Storage - System Items and delete the cache.
