Farming simulator stuck downloading and now can't do anything in xbox pc app

Is this happening on Windows 10 or 11?
Are you receiving an error code or the installation never pass 0%?
What happens when you try to remove a game?
May I know if you're doing it via Xbox app or via Windows Settings > apps and features > installed apps?
And which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this problem

On which device/platform are you trying to play this particular game?

Please note that Farming Simulator 22 has two versions, for PC and Xbox. You must have owned a copy of those DLCs from another platform which is not compatible to your current platform. Check the links below for PC & Xbox versions.

Why can't you put backhoe on farming simulator on xbox one

I discovered we need the Xbox app installed for the download and install of Microsoft flight simulator. This is a new PC and didn't have anything installed yet.

This game is not an Xbox Play Anywhere title. The PC version is a separate game and thus has to be purchased separately to play on PC. Microsoft does not currently sell Farming Simulator 19 on the Windows Store.

There are only a small selection of games that can be purchased and downloaded for both PC and Xbox for no extra cost. You can see them

You can buy it from
Steam or the
PC Epic Store - it's showing as cheaper on Epic Store as they are having a sale at the moment.
