Farming simulator 2019 saving issues xbox one x

I purchased the game 3 days ago... have had terrible trouble with the download.. finally got it up and running. The problem i have had since it started working is saving... for some reason the game just will not save. I have done everything xbox sugests.
Restart, remove games ect ect... the problem still exists. Can anyone help please... getting very frustrated.... all my game play is gone and i am having to start again....

Mine is xbox one x (scorpion)

Hard wire not wireless

Separate hard drive for saving

Sorry to hear it. If you've tried all steps to troubleshoot the console and you still cannot save the game then it may be an internal game issue. Please try contacting the developers to see if they have any suggestions

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Is this issue only happening with Farming Simulator 19? If you haven't already, test out different games with that friend and others to see fi the issue persists.

I would also like you to run the "Multiplayer connection test" in your
Xbox one network settings. Let us know the results.
