Farcry the Wild Expedition, Blood Dragon not working

I bought Farcry Wild Expedition a year ago, mainly for the farcry 3, which has worked perfectly since I bought it. Today I remembered that I still had a code for Blood Dragon that I haven't redeemed, so I tried it out and it didn't work. I tried on the xbox
and on the website, I had a chat in the support but ultimately I was lead here.

It might also be worth mentioning that I got this in Europe, whereas my console is North American.

Problems with activating game codes.

Hello!

I am having issues with activating three games on my account. the three games are:

Fallout 3 - Code that came with Fallout 4

Farcry - Code with Wild Expedition bundle

Farcry : Blood Dragon - Also with Farcry Wild expedition

No matter how many times I enter the codes, it identifies them then pops an error message after I press confirm purchase saying "Something went wrong, try again." I have tried speaking to a technician to troubleshoot the issue, here is the reference number:[Mod
Removed]. They believe it might be a region problem since my account is GB but I now live in Denmark.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This sounds like an issue generally experienced when there's a possible region mismatch. Do your Xbox Live account region and physical region match? If not, please follow the steps to

match your Xbox Live account region to your physical location and try again.
