farcry 5 disapearred

I had to reset my sons xbox and now its showing that i dont own farcry 5. anybody had this issue before? i redeemed a code for it in 2018 I believe. it kept crashing any time he would pause it, or go to the map. I reset and now the store is asking me to pay for it.

The code is linked to the account you used to redeem the game the first time. I recommend looking for the game in the store with the accounts you used to use on the console
