FARCRY 5 CUTSCENE FREEZE

Im curious if anyone else has had this issue:

During the game (approx. 10 hrs. in) a cutscene interrupts play out of nowhere and you are suddenly being dunked in the water (baptized) by the Seeds. After a few minutes of dialogue, the screen turns white and never comes out of it. I can here dialogue
and sounds of the game but my controller doesn't function and Im stuck with this white screen. My controller lets me get to my home page by pressing the large X on the controller, but when I go back to the game, still the white screen. I've reset the console,
the display, deleted and reloaded the game, nothing has worked. I also used another xbox console and loaded it, and the same problem happened when I loaded the saved game. I haven't tried starting over because I don't want to lose my progress. Any suggestions??

Dear sir, than the problem is woit the game itself. Please try to conntact developer and explain your problem to Ubisoft. I have played it without problems. Maybee it is a temporary bug.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for advice on what to do with this gameplay issue.

I can understand how having your game freeze or crash could be concerning.

I would say that if the issue is not resolved by running through the troubleshooting steps outlined in our Xbox One Game Freeze Solution, you
might want to go ahead and contact the developer
Ubisoft to see if they have an outage or any further troubleshooting you can try.

When you get a chance, try out that guide and let us know if that helped.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

It's possible it could be an issue with your gamertag. Please follow the steps at the link below to delete the tag from the backwards compatibility menu and then redownload it.
