FARCRY 4

I have farcry 4 and I was just playing it last night and ibow itss not letting me play it, it says "do you own this game or app" and it says (0x87de07d1) why won't it let me play it?

Trade GTA 5 in for Far Cry 4?

I have just spent the last week playing Farcry 4 and have loved every minute. Gorgeous game and tons to do, it is very similar to Farcry 3 though, but if you enjoyed Farcry 3 I have no doubt you'll like 4.

 

Ranting about that one time...

I got farcry 1 for $80, farcry 2 for $80, farcry 3 for $80 and just the other day, steam had the Farcry triple pack, consisting of all 3 games, with all DLC for...........$9.99!

You know what? Payed $60 for farcry 4 just the other day.

It's is what it is!

 

im having the exact same problem but when i go to the store it says the games unavailable

 

i can confirm that xbox suport have said "I understand, to let you know we confirmed that you are not the only one that's experiencing this issue with FarCry 4. This service alert is not yet posted on Xbox Live but we are coordinating with our technicians
to fix this at the soonest time. I confirmed here that customers of my colleagues are also having the same issue as yours."

 

I uninstalled and reinstalled... 2 and a half hours later still don't work. This was at like 11 in the morning. Its almost 9 at night now. Still nothing. It is very likely I will never buy a digital copy of a game again. Its kinda funny, I bought
this game 2 months ago, finally played it last night and loved it, and couldn't wait to play it today and this happens. Fix my game please

Count me in on the same issue - I absolutely hate how Microsoft & Xbox support just keep silent and don't post KNOWN issues when they happen - I guess making my Xbox One my 'home' Xbox and 'purchasing' games for use when I want to play them isn't possible...

Should have stayed with my Xbox 360, at least I could play my games I purchased when I wanted to play them...

 

Ooh, found the solution :|

Xbox phone support: first admitted they know this issue with several games, and have been working all day to try and fix it - they quoted the error message # TO ME, then proceeded to tell me to 'check back after some time, and if it's not fixed by then,
check back in a few more hours, until you see it's working'

Xbox Phone Support says this issue is - and I will quote - "Caused by the xbox one not being plugged directly to a wall socket" and "any surge protector or battery backup will cause games to not play"

Fantastic to know that, now if they'll kindly stop pulling answers from their arses and actually try to fix it...

 

Had a supervisor tell me that it's - let's quote again - "no coincidence that many people who purchased this game this way all have experienced the same exact hardware issue on their consoles within the same hour on the same day"

WTF...

So an "experienced supervisor" is saying it's 100% a hardware issue...

Time to dump this crap - no more money from this household...

My Far Cry 4 is still not working!!!!! Opens up the pictures for a few seconds, blank screen for about 30 seconds and then back to my dashboard!! Getting real frustrated now!!

 

So I've also had some problems the last 30 minutes I have only had the loading screen then it says their is a connection problem... But im playing offline without the multiplayer function. Got so frustrated just turned it all off.
