Jeg har byttet Xbox. Kjøpt en Xbox One X.

Jeg har fått logget på, men ikke min samboer.

Problemet er at jeg ikke finner ut e-postadressen som jeg opprettet med kontoen.

Jeg har Xbox navnet og ser henne på vennelisten, men jeg får ikke logget henne på maskinen min.

Jeg har prøvd denne flere ganger; https://account.live.com/acsr - men det går ikke.

Ingen har brukt kontoen, ingen har logget på den.

Jeg prøvde med "brukernavn"@Hotmail.com - men det gikk ikke.

Noen som vet hvordan jeg får tak i mailadressen når jeg bare ser infoen jeg ser når jeg ser henne på vennelisten min på Xbox'en?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I would recommend

Contacting Xbox Customer Support with the gamertag a representative should be able to attempt to verify the ownership of the account if the account holder still has access to the accounts security information such as the emails or phone numbers associated
with the account. Let us know with a reply how it goes!
