    Far Cry: New Dawn - "Do you own this game or app?" error


    Hi!

    Last week I bought Far Cry: New Dawn via online market, everything was fine until today I get this error when I started the game: "Do you own this game or app?..." I tried other games but they are working, just not this one. Network works fine too.

    I already tried a few things but nothing worked:

    - Clear persistent storage

    - Delete, reinstall game

    - Remove account and then readd it

    ...

    Can anyone help me? What shoud I do?

    Please check your account history to see if you see the game or not > https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders ( display all details ).

    > If you see the game, i suggest you to delete your game from the console, then check if you are on the home console, then delete your account, then make a cold restart ( press and HOLD 10 sec the powerbutton of the console and restart ) , add back your
    account, go to games and app, games, ready to install, and re-install the game.

    > if you dont see the game, call Xbox live helpdesk : https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    I suggest contacting xbox support on this matter and to double check your purchase history on your microsoft account

    Please log in and follow these steps Press billing & accounts >> when virutal assistance pops up press see other options >> *This where you can check your purchase history under payment issues* But to contact xbox support press Payment & Billing >> On step
    3 press show contact options >> chat with xbox support

    That is the best way to get this issue resolved wish I could help you further but seems like the best course of action to get this issue resolved.

    The chat support helped me. Unfortunately nothing worked, so a they gave refund, so I can rebuy the game.
