    Far Cry 3 incorrect language download


    I have Far Cry 3 CD for Xbox 360, when I inserted it on my Xbox One S the system downloaded a version of the game with audio only in english and russian, subtitles in english, russian and polish, and menu only in english.

    My CD version is "Completely Spanish", so this is a Xbox download system problem, and I'm very angry with the support of Microsoft because they don't do anything to solve my problem. They only said "sorry, it's not our
    problem, contact with Ubisoft    " but where I downloaded the game is in Xbox Store, so it's their
    responsability and they must solve my problem. Also, this game have the next languages in backward compatibility version: "english,
    french, italian, german, spanish    ", I say this because this is another excuse Microsoft support said me...

    I'm waiting for a quickly solution, because if I won't have a solution next week, I will sue Microsoft with the support of some spanish consumers organization, because they treat me like I'm an idiot and they pass
    me.

    IT'S A SHAME THE ATTENTION THAT I RECEIVED FROM THE PERSONS OF THE MICROSOFT SUPPORT, WHICH IS DENOUNCABLE. VULNER ALL THE RIGHTS OF THE CONSUMER.

    Xbox one x Hong Kong, game disc from US, game language to Chinese?

    So i tried again. Halo installed in Chinese (in-game text and voices) properly, so that one is fine.

    Call of Duty apparently had no option to change the subtitles language at all.

    Far cry 4 had the option to change subtitles language in the game menu, but chinese was not one of them.

    Both Call of duty and Far cry 4 are available in the Hong Kong app store. But there is no way to know rhe supported languages in the app store. If i buy it from the hong kong app store then would the games get installed in their chinese versions?

    I am assuming that that all the games in the Hong kong app store would support chinese, at least with subtitles. Is that an incorrect assumption?

    If you downloaded the incorrect language, there is no way to exchange it for a different version. In the description on the Marketplace, it should say what languages it supports.
