    FAQ for Jigsaw


    After I in-installed, rebooted, and reinstalled, when I tried to load classic jigsaw I got a pop-up message to go to FAQ for jigsaw and lookup error 303019. There was no URL for the FAQ however. How do I find this FAQ?

    There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Jigsaw. error code 404019.

    MS Jigsaw always takes forever to load. Today, after loading, I received the following message:

    There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Jigsaw. Please check the Microsoft Jigsaw FAQ at and refer to error code 303019.

    What does this mean? My search was fruitless.
