FAO enforcement team - Racist behaviour

It is bad enough that as a genuine gamer I have to put up with mod menu's on the screen almost every time I play call of duty. I realise that you are not interested in stopping cheats but I find it totally unacceptable when these mod menu's are displaying
racist text on the screen. Below is a photo i took of the 4th player i've encountered in the last few days who is displaying the text "project n*gger" over the screen of ever player in the lobby. (I've blanked out a letter but i think you get the idea).

There is no point me filing a complaint as you don't look at them so i have uploaded a photo. Racism should not be tolerated on your platform. You crack down on genuine gamers all the time for this type of behaviour but the cheats always get away with it
because they aren't on your radar.

The player was also outside the map but I know that won't concern you.

so today i was comm banned for some strange reason. To which i have not broken any code from the t&Cs of xbox, i would like an explanation to why i was banned what evidence you collected, what game was i reported on and when .

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums and it's best to not post the offensive messages on the forum. The only way to report anything to the enforcement team is to file a complaint via the console.

 

That's the problem though. There is no way to report a racist mod menu via the console.

It is not a text or voice message and they don't investigate complaints of cheating on this game.

It is absurd that the enforcement team cannot be contacted.

 

I have encountered this cheat a number of times since the original post (along with a number of well known cheats who never get banned). This player has been cheating every time i've seen them so there is no way the enforcement team investigate every complaint.

It seems there is one rule for cheats and one rule for everybody else. If a genuine gamer were to send a racist message to another gamer they would get a ban for sure but if you are cheat you can do what you like.

The fact that complaints for cheating have been routinely ignored for years has led to a culture that cheating is permitted.

 

You can still report them via the console and leave a comment. You can also report them to Activision, who are the publishers of Call of Duty and have the ability to suspend/ban them from the game.
