    Fantom drive not working after last update


    I have a ticket in with Fantom who related this is a worldwide problem following the last microsoft xbox update. How do I make a ticket with xbox to track this issue? Yes I’ve done my due diligence on my end to address the issue to no avail.

    Well unlike microsoft/xbox who ignored all my inquiries the folks at phantom drives sent me a new version altogether that works great.

    I have the same issue... one day my Xbox couldn't download in this drive. The issue started in march, I guess.

    I received a replacement as well and when I hooked it up, it wouldnt register to the xbox. Did you have to format the fantom drive on a computer?

    That thread speaks to an inability of the xbox to find the external drive which is not my issue. I can see it and have transferred items from it to the internal but cant save to the external nor download to it anymore. It worked fine until recently, hence
    the aforementioned update issue. Care to try again and actually respond to my original query?
