Fans Get More keys not appearing

Hello:

In the Forza Motorsport 7 sweepstakes, one of the ways to earn five keys was to play a Forza game, but I have played for several hours on several of the Forza Motorsport/Horizon sequels and it has already been over 48 hours and I still have not received
my 5 extra keys. Do I have to wait a little longer? And will there be some sort of grace period for me to use the keys? If I do not receive the keys after the sweepstakes is over, will there be some compensation?

No Loyalty Keys

In order to get keys for previous playtime in Forza, you must have played a previous Forza franchise game for an hour. Since you have not done this, you have not unlocked the "Fans Get More" keys for previous playtime.

 

10 plays for preordering FM7 not showing

I am not getting the 10 virtual keys for preordering Forza Motorsport 7 for the Forza Motorsport 7 Virtual Key Instant Win & Sweepstakes. Everything else works. I got my five keys for being a fan but not the 10 keys. It's been more than 96 hours, as well.
As you can see there is no check Mark for this. I have a check Mark for being a fan and receiving my 5 keys. I have included 2 screenshots. One showing no check Mark for the 10 keys and one showing my email confirmation for preordering Forza Motorsport 7.

 

Same issue here. I've been playing Forza games since they came out. Hundreds of hours. Still haven't seen the extra keys.

I received the 5 extra keys today (won a VIP Membership, which I already have since I purchased the Ultimate Edition Forza 7).

Hi Church. The 5 extra keys are awarded 48 hours after registration for those who have played previous games before the start of the promotion. If you played these games after the beginning of the offer, you would not get extra keys. If you played before
the offer, there may be a delay is receiving your keys. There is a grace period until the 20th to play. Reach out to us again if you don't receive them by this weekend.
