FanFest account cancelled

Hello Josedeckard, When you registered on the Xbox Fan Fest website, you received the confirmation email, I find it strange to say that you canceled because it is done with your Microsoft account, if you can give more details.

I proceeded to register several years ago. I cannot remember when this "fail" started. Last year I couldn't attend the FanFest so I didn´t register for the event and maybe, on 2021, the "error" was already in my account

Hello again, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and neither your account, we can not specify the actual reason the account was cancelled because it is an old ad.

Ideally, they'll be able to contact Xbox support, only they have visibility into your account, and they can give you some clarification.

To cancel your FanFest registration:

- Please go to https://www.xbox.com/en-US/community/fanfest

- Sign in to your account

- Scroll down and click on "Register for FanFest", this will bring you to a screen where you can edit your registration status (if already registered).

- Scroll down and click on "Cancel Registration", then click "Cancel Registration" again.

- Carefully read the cancelation terms as this can't be reversed without extra steps.

- If you are sure you want to cancel, click on "Yes, cancel my registration".
