Discus and support Fanatec Racing wheels support for the simracer community in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; Please give information whether there will be full support for all steering wheel buttons, and revlight Fanatec displays.     Fanatec Racing wheels support for the simracer community


    Please give information whether there will be full support for all steering wheel buttons, and revlight Fanatec displays. Because now it's very sad having wheels with lots of buttons and a twister, such as Formula 2.5 for example. They cannot be used completely in games such as F1 2022 as in other racing games on xbox. Will support finally be expanded, especially when Forza Motorsport 8 is coming out soon.

    Racing Games: Which is best?

    Fanatec is the best you can get on xbox. Though as of now there is no info as to if the current fanatec wheels will work with the xbox one, also expect to drop $300+ for their wheel and pedals, more if you want shifters. But for the 360, you will be fine
    with a fanatec csr or the ms racing wheel if you can fund one.

    My happiness regarding a new racing game announcement will hinge greatly on if they are going to give us Fanatec wheel support for our 360 wheels on the One.

    Issues still exist with FFB racing wheels following -574 update.

    I've only had the time to test my wheels (fanatec GT2, Microsoft wireless racing wheel) over the last week since this was first reported, I have to say the results of my test was quite disappointing.

    Complete loss of feedback in all the FFB supported racing games I tested (Race Pro, Shift 2) apart from Forza Motorsport 4, and even in that game it caused the fanatec GT2 to lose calibration, thankfully that wheel has a calibration tool. if it had been
    the Microsoft wheel to lose calibration it probably would have bricked the wheel.

    The Joytech Nitro Racing wheel is not compatible with the Xbox One,

    around 90% of all steering wheels that were compatible with Xbox 360 don't work on the Xbox One,

    My nephew's had the Joytech Nitro racing wheel for the Xbox 360, but after they upgraded to the Xbox One the wheel never worked,

    I myself have a £1000+ Fanatec Racing wheel ( Xbox 360 and PS3 compatible ) which i got around 2009 to use with Forza Motorsport 3 and beyond, even my Fanatec wheel is not compatible with Xbox One, it just sits collecting dust.

    Buy a wheel, FANATEC CSW v2, if you want to experience this game as a racing simulator. That goes for Forza 6 too! I have this wheel and never play Forza or any racing game without it;)
