Fanatec LED Display and Shiftlights doesn't work

It would be best to contact fanatec over this issue. They may be something you have to do to have the led display and lights to turn on.

Right now there is no support on Xbox One to use LEDs and Display. We just can hope that Microsoft implements these features as soon as possible.

LED TV's don't have LED display. LED TV's still have LCD displays, so any display lagg is do with the type of LCD display used.

The main difference between an LED TV and an LCD TV is the backlighting. An LED TV uses LED (Light-emitting diode) backlighting instead of cold cathode lamps which LCD TV's use.

Why do people act like LED & LCD are two different types of displays? They're not. LED is simply a method of backlighting an LCD display. If someone is looking to get an LED TV... What they will be buying is an LCD display with LED backlighting. FYI, LED
edge lighting isn't particularly better than traditional edge backlighting, as there are trade-offs, which I don't have the time to go into right now. If it's a superior picture that someone is looking for, an LCD with LED local dimming is the way to go.

The creators of your steering wheel must create an Xbox driver to support their functions and then lobby game makers to include it with their game. Driver support must be baked into each individual game.

So they’re the ones you need to request to get it done.

Not according to the wheel manufacturers. In my correspondence with Fanatec they say there is a limitation in the Xbox software that doesn't allow functions like thumb rotators and LED lights to work and Xbox is aware of it and needs to change it.
