    Family usage


    This may be a very basic question but here goes. I have an XBox Game Pass that is set on my user account but other family members seem to have to use my account to use the pass. We have never been able to multiplay as a family in the same way as you can
    with a WII off 1 device. (This may be my ignorance). Is this correct or am I missing a very big part of the XBox opportunities?

    Did you remove parental controls by any chance? I think once you do, you can't keep tab on what and when they're playing.

    I think I have your solution right here buddy. This tutorial should explain to you how to use the parental controls and anything else about the controls that you would want to know.

    Hi x0LikeABoss0x! Would you be able to remove your son from the family pack and add him back in? This should prompt the family pack to register his play time so it shows in your family usage report. Make sure to note there will be a five day waiting period
    before you can add the account back in! It sounds like this might be doable since your son has 2 accounts! Let us know. :)
