    I have two sons, thus two Xboxes. It would be nice if there was a family subscription for game pass. Would be nice if it was for more things too. For Microsoft families, it would be nice.

    Renewing Xbox Live Gold Family - Bought Single renewal in error

    If you redeem the prepaid code subscription and activate a gold family pack subscription, it will be added on top of the family pack subscription.. For every 2 months of regular subscription = 1 month for a family pack subscription.

    a 1 month subscription will still be converted into a 1 month family subscription:)

    Hi there,

    do you have a family pack subscription or a gold subscription, because you will need an active family pack subscription to be able to do so.

    -

    If you don't have a family pack subscription, you can't get it anymore, as it is discontinued and the only other option would be to get a seperate xbox live subscription for that other account.

    Hope not. I think it was a brilliant idea to let families save, give people in the house to take a look at XBL, when maybe they not have, and a great way to secure purchases and renewals, etc. Perhaps they bring in a new idea with the One

    Mine renewed in February, And I use Family Gold. I did hear that only one gold account was needed on new xbox, and the other accounts on the same console would be able to use all features of gold. Maybe its going to be the same for 360.

    And a heads up paid account will be needed for PS4 its called PS+ or PSN+
