    Family sharing problem


    I have two Xbox Ones. One is mine and the other is my sons. His Xbox One just automatically downloads whatever games I buy and we play together. A few days ago my Xbox froze up and would never get past the black screen. In another diagnosis, I had to
    do a manual software reload. Now my Xbox is fixed but since everything went back to default, it doesn't recognize the other Xbox One like it did. My son can't play any of his games (do you own this game?) now because they all came from my Xbox and account.

    I went into "Family" and added him to my Xbox and still nothing.

    What exactly was Family Sharing

    "Family Sharing as it is" is unfortunately none existent, Family Sharing is a different service to what use to be the Family Gold plan and both are none existent at this stage, i do like that the 1 Gold plan covers an XB1 in its entirety for every profile
    on that console,

    me personally i would prefer the Family Sharing plan over the old Family Gold plan if it ever come down to choosing one or the other.

    Family Sharing was to share digital games among 10 people,

    Yes, game share was the issue. We all have different logins in the same family group so that's not a problem.

    I just wish game share worked per IP and wasn't limited to 2. Gaming families that play together shouldn't be punished.
