Family Settings Passcode

Discus and support Family Settings Passcode in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I can't figure out my family settings password, so I tried to reset it.     Family Settings Passcode


    I can't figure out my family settings password, so I tried to reset it. Then, a box appeared that said, "Favorite Fictional Character?" So, I typed in what I thought it was. Again, something popped up. "Incorrect, please try again." so, I typed it all
    the possible ways that it could be typed but it was incorrect. I typed different things that were it but it wouldn't work. So I need help getting my password reset.

    XBOX LIVE PASSCODE.

    Are you referring to the LIVE passcode, or the Family Settings passcode? The Family Settings code will not be reset by a recover. If you forgot this passcode you can try answering the security question or calling phone support.

    Which passcode are you referring to, the Xbox LIVE (personal) passcode, or the Family Settings passcode? For the LIVE passcode, you can try recovering the profile. For the Family passcode, you need to either know the security answer, or call phone support.
