    Ask your mother or father to disable it?

    Why would someone old enough to play 18+ games register themselves as a child?

    no im 15 live with my nan and i bought this from a shop my dads dead i dont live wih mt mum? any other way?

    I don't think you would be able to turn it off best bet is probably phoning msoft support on 0800 587 1102 a free call from a land line and see if they can help you.

    You may have turned on Family Settings. This means that many games that are over the age limit will require the family settings pass code. If you do not know the pass code, you will have to call support.
