  1. Family Settings Causing Headache

I have added my two young children onto my Xbox One under family settings. They like this because Kinect now recognizes them. Unfortunately this has caused a number of problems. Most games need me to log in first before my kids or don't work properly. For
instance, in Lego Movie and Zoo Tycon if they log in first they don't have access to our saved games in the cloud and must start from the beginning. In Plants vs Zombie they cant log in to the EA Service which is under my name and can't play multiplayer. In
all these cases I must start the game myself and then hand the controller to them. This is not a good solution since when I am not home and my wife is with them they don't have access to these game features. They try to log in as me when the xbox starts by
switching user but this doesn't fix all of the problems such as the EA server still seems to know who is using the controller based on Kinect data. I have tried to fix these problems by unrestricting their access in settings and also the XBOX is listed as
my primary home XBOX but nothing helps. Its seems all of the family members under my XBOX ONE live account should be connected directly to my account so when they play without me on my XBOX it always behaves as though I am playing giving them access to my
EA Server and saved games in the cloud. The only thing that would be nice to keep separate is the XBOX achievements. That would be an ideal system. Hope you can understand this email. It is a confusing family system I'm trying to describe. It would be simpler
as I said if all family members were essentially using my account but differentiated only in achievements... Then my kids could play plants vs zombie on the ea server even when I'm not home and my wife is with them...

    :)

    Beautiful Games

I will go with Strider. Realistic is cool and all but Strider had a lot of vibrant colors without causing me to get a headache from extended play.

    "User profile is not allowed"

Could be possible that someone in your household has been interfering with your family settings (there's an option that outlaws user created content) and that's what's causing the problem rather than your lack of gold membership.

I guess this really isn't a support issue but a request to improve features. Since my kids couldn't play their lego games or plants vs zombies when I wasn't home I removed them from the system and now they are recognized as guest. This solves all of the
log in issues. Now when they play their games they have access to our saves from the cloud and on plants vs zombies they easily connect through ea servers through my profile and can play multiplayer when my wife is with them and not me. Although this is better
the downside is they don't have their own achievements anymore and don't have the fun of being recognized by the Kinect. Wish the family system worked as well as the guest system...

I found why a familly member child account cant play Multi Player games like plant VS zombie Under the same account even if you have configured a separate Origin account... To get this resolve you need to authtorize multi player gaming Under: settings -
familly - confidentiality perzonalization and then pick the right to play multiplayer,,, by default a kids account is not allowed. The error message should be ajusted in games like plant vs zombie, instead of saying You need a live ID account it should state
that you are not authorize.. I hope this help!

    Ciao!

    Xbox One X causing headaches

I don't know, but I think prolonged exposure to it could be unhealthy. It might be wise to clean it out as soon as possible

    Xbox One X causing headaches

    Hey there,

This is a really strange issue to run into! How close to the Xbox are you sitting? If the you are sitting close to it, you might want to just back up a little bit, but if this is a smell that takes up the whole room, you might want to use a fan or small
vacuum and blow some air through the console vents, as it may be dust-like plastic residue that has settled inside the Xbox that is from the factory. If the problem persists after that, you might want to take it into your nearest Microsoft story and have them
    check it out.

Yeah, I'm pretty damn close. That actually makes sense and I do have allergies. Do you think it could be dangerous to my health due to the headaches or do you think that it's more like when someone doesn't like a fresh paint smell and they get a headache?
Was just a bit concerned is all.
