    Help my xbox 360 is stuck on family timer I can't remember my passcode or security question I have been paying a while and not getting any gold games etc

    XBOX LIVE PASSCODE.

    Are you referring to the LIVE passcode, or the Family Settings passcode? The Family Settings code will not be reset by a recover. If you forgot this passcode you can try answering the security question or calling phone support.

    Are you referring to the LIVE passcode, or the Family Settings passcode? The Family Settings code will not be reset by a recover. If you forgot this passcode you can try answering the security question or calling phone support.

    Which passcode are you referring to, the Xbox LIVE (personal) passcode, or the Family Settings passcode? For the LIVE passcode, you can try recovering the profile. For the Family passcode, you need to either know the security answer, or call phone support.

    Separate Password For XBox Live and Parental Controls

    Hey Grosse! Are you referring to the Xbox LIVE passcode (unique to each account, limits access to LIVE) or the Parental passcode (used to edit family options)? The LIVE passcode can be used or not, it's totally up to you, but a Family Passcode must be on
    if you want the Parental settings in place. Does this help your issue? Let me know, thanks!
