    Hi, can anyone please help me how to bypass family setting passcode? I have xbox kinect and my kids cant play because of family passcode, my dashboard in system setting is 2.0.14719.0, much appreciated for the help.

    XBOX LIVE PASSCODE.

    Are you referring to the LIVE passcode, or the Family Settings passcode? The Family Settings code will not be reset by a recover. If you forgot this passcode you can try answering the security question or calling phone support.

    Which passcode are you referring to, the Xbox LIVE (personal) passcode, or the Family Settings passcode? For the LIVE passcode, you can try recovering the profile. For the Family passcode, you need to either know the security answer, or call phone support.
