    Family setting issues for xbox


    I've been having issues with Microsofts family settings and my Xbox one. I have a family account set up between one adult and a child (the adult is set as the adult and the child set as child). I have the internet settings set up to alowed list only and
    also

    child cannot do any purtacheses/downloads without adult permission. The problem is this, when ever the child wants to go to a website that's not on the list while browsing the internet through the Xbox one, when clicking on ask for permission, the Xbox will

    ask for the password for the child acount that's currently logged in, not the password for the parent account. Also when the child downloads an app or a game, the ask for permission screen doesn't pop up. I also have an passkey set up and that's not even

    poping up to be entered when browsing the internet. I've logged the child in and out multiple times, done a factory reset on the Xbox and still the same issue. Is there something I'm missing on the family settings, or is there a setting I'm missing on

    You can set Family Settings by logging into your sons account, scrolling over to Settings>Family Settings>then just turn Family Settings on and make up a passcode. Family setting issues for xbox :) For the region issues, you will need to reach out to Xbox Phone Support by going to

    Family+ privacy setting issues

    I have tried redownloading my account and changing my settings on the website, but all I ever see when I go to my Privacy & online safety is: "Your privacy settings are in effect, but can't be changed until we connect to the service." Just like B4Halo and
    I know I am an Adult b/c I can make purchases on my 360 plus there is no option to upgrade to Adult and I am legally an Adult.
