Family Screentime limits not working on Xbox -- how to fix?

I have family screentime limits set up. However, my child is able to stay on the Xbox much longer than the limits.

What is happening and how do I fix it?

Here are screenshots of the limits and of the report showing that he is online past the limits.

    Hello,

Try to remove and re-add the member and see if it will make any changes.

As an organizer, you can add members of your household to your family group by using the Xbox Family Settings app on your mobile device.

    • Launch the Xbox Family Settings app, and then select the green Accounts icon in the top-right of the Family screen. Select Add organizer or Add child, and then follow the on-screen instructions to send an invitation to someone to join your family group.

    Screen time limitations and school

Thank you for pointing me to Google for an answer I already have. I already use Family Group and have set screentime limits, but the basis of my inquiry is to find a way to limit non-school activities during school time but not allow school time to decrement from screentime allotments for play time.
