    Family Safety Parental PIN


    I have been trying for nearly a year to change my PIN for Family Safety. My child saw me inputting it one time, and now uses it to give themselves additional screen time. I'd really like to change the PIN so that I can control the screen time more easily, but seriously....after a year of searching I literally cannot figure this out, and internet searches are elusive.

    AliciaS_191, the unique method before Microsoft to change a PIN is the one indicated in the official link below.

    To change the PIN, you must first delete the current one by following the steps indicated in the previous official link,

    Remove the PIN Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & PIN > Remove my PIN.

    And then create the new one in the same way.

    Create a PIN code Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Go to Profile and system > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & PIN > Create my PIN.

    Type a six-digit PIN and re-enter it to confirm.

    There is a pin code it is upto you as the parent to set up family settings along with child account for your child
