Family Safety App limits not syncing with console

They will have to have their own account on your console, that way you as a parent can set the age limit to restrict content that includes apps.

They can also can add more screen time by using the Xbox Family Settings app, Xbox console, or the web. When you're notified that a member reached their screen time limit, choose how much time you want to add

Also can you state the error number that appears on that error shown above please?, it might help get to the bottom of it.

Next, check that the screen time limits are still set up correctly. You can do this by going to account.microsoft.com/family and signing in with your Microsoft account. From there, select your child's account and check the screen time limits.



If the screen time limits are still set up correctly, try resetting your Xbox console. To do this, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off. Then, turn it back on and check if the screen time limits are working.'
