    Hello. My brother bought himself xbox live gold. I wanna use it too so i added him to family. Live gold works when he's logged in only, but xbox support said that he can log out and it will work. did i do something wrong?

    You seem to be Gold now. Are you still having issues utilizing Gold features? If so, what exactly are you having trouble with?

    Family Plan Problem!

    I was part of a Family Plan for about a year and 5 months when something wen wrong, I had been dropped down to a Silver account for no reason. When I went onto the primary account holders account on his Xbox, it showed that I was still part of the
    Family Plan. The only problem is it doesn't show me having a Gold account even though I am part of the Family Plan. All the rest of the people in the plan still have Gold accounts also.

    How do I fix this and what is wrong?!

    Sorry to hear that - if your brother is still able to play online while signed into that console but you are not, that would indicate that the console is not currently set as the Home console for his account.

    To make sure, you can have him sign into the console and head to Settings>Personalization>My Home Xbox to verify that the console is showing as the Home console for his account.

    If you're still seeing trouble after verifying that the console is the Home console for his account, we'd recommend reaching our
    Chat or Phone support teams to continue further.

    The only way I know of to get past the explicit content was to download them from the xbox.com site. I was part of the family plan and hated it. It doesn't show any of the deals or what's going on with the community. So I just made a new account. That's
    the only way that truly worked for me.
