To reset your xbox 360's parental passcode please go here:
https://support.microsoft.com/devices and register your device via serial number on the back of the console (on a sticker)

1. On the devices page with your device listed, select More actions, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your passcode.

2. You will be presented with two button combination sequences on the website that must be entered on your console while on the following page: Settings > System > Console Settings > Console Info. (different for every console)

This will reset your console and the family passcode but will not erase profiles, games or game saves, but will require some settings to be entered again.

To do this your Microsoft account must be an adult account and the console must be registered in your name.

If you don't know the code to disable the parental control lock on an Xbox 360 console, you can always call up Xbox Support to have them help you reset it.

Last I remember, there's a secret button code you input in the system settings menu. The code is unique to every console. Provide the customer representative your console's serial number, and they'll walk you through the steps on resetting the parental lock.
Lots of people also do this when they buy a used console with a parental lock on it as well.
