    To reset the password for your Microsoft account, checkout out
    Reset Password     site.

    That should do it for you. If for some reason that doesn't work out, let us know and we can work from there.

    If you cannot remember it I believe you can call Xbox Tech Support and they can help you get it back.

    or you can look online for a certain codes to get back in but the downside is it resets you hard drive.
